What can I do about Anxiety

We can all improve our way of thinking and control the events that cause us stress and bad health.

It has nothing to do with your strengths or how strong someone is.

Often when people are suffering from anxiety, depression and insomnia - or when they are stressed out, they will take the easy options in life.

Rather than go down a main street where there are people, they will take back streets and start avoiding things in life because these everyday tasks and events cause them the uncomfortable feelings of anxiety, depression or insomnia.

They sometimes get stressed by doing everyday things, and it is a build up over a period of time that makes the stress a problem.

Over a period of time when people start questioning the things that they can't do, they sometimes cause themselves higher levels of anxiety, insomnia and depression.

There are many causes of these illnesses.  They can be work related, they can be financial, or it can be one of the many things that stress us out in life.

They are caused by the thought processes in your brain, and it is called a learned behaviour.

These types of problems may have to be addressed by the person going through them, and they may also need to build up their confidence.

Preventing, or reducing these types of feelings is one of the best ways for us to reduce our stress levels.

This behaviour is not unique to any one person, the fact is that most people have this type of behaviour depending how high their anxiety levels are and how they handle it.

As children we are taught about our bodies, and we are told how important they are to our wellbeing, some people learn about mental health which is just as important for us to function in a balanced state of mind.

Most people don't care what the brain really does or how it works in any great depth, and most people have no need to because our brain does what it has to do and we just leave it to get on with it.

Yet our brain is one of the most important organs in our body, it needs to be taken care of for us to have our quality of life and good health.

Reducing anxiety, depression and insomnia is within the power of us all, and learning to control the way that we think is one of the ways for us to have a stress free life.

By doing this, we take control of our thoughts and care of our brains, we also reduce our stress levels until they are no longer a problem to us.

Some people suffering from anxiety, depression, insomnia and other stress related illnesses start doubting their doctors diagnoses because they think they don't understand their illness.

When they are told that it is anxiety, they might start learning what the effects of it are without fully understanding what caused it, and that is by the thought processes in their head.

The minute someone walks through a doctors door, they are being diagnosed without them knowing it.

A doctor will look at the way they walk, they will look at their posture and the way the person in front of them is presenting themselves.

A doctor will look at your eyes and they will watch your movements, such as what you are doing with your hands and feet.

By doing this they are analyzing and diagnosing the patient.

When the patient sits down and starts talking, a doctor will listen, by doing this they will hear the breathing of the patient and other things that a doctor may look for to make a diagnoses of the person in front of them.

This with the information the patient has given them is all the doctor needs, unless they want to take some tests for further investigation.

If your doctor makes a diagnoses of a stress related illness, he will give the patient the treatment that they think appropriate for the patient, and they will tell them to learn to relax.

Stress related illnesses can cause nerve disruption and some people start feeling the nerves tingling in their fingers or feet.  This can be uncomfortable for them.  This is normal when people are suffering from anxiety, depression and insomnia.

The thought processes are causing this and there is very little a doctor can do unless the patient is prepared to learn to control their way of thinking through relaxation.

Anxiety, depression and insomnia are learned responses, but they can be reversed by the person suffering from the effects of anxiety, depression, insomnia and other stressed related illnesses.

This can be done through the changing of our thought processes and learning how to relax our brain.
