The effects to Skin

The effects to Skin

Sometimes people who are going through anxiety, depression and other stress related problems might feel as if the blood under the skin is not circulating properly.  The skin can go pale as the blood drains from the surface.

This is a basic bodily instinct to protect against wounding.  It is a natural reaction of the human body and it happens in normal circumstances.  We are unaware of this because we are not concentrating on it.  Someone who is going through stress might pay more attention to it because they have become more aware of their circulation.

This might be caused by the fight and flight responses and it might give the person the feeling that there is something wrong with their circulation, sometimes white finger can occur because of the stress that they are going through.

This will only go on as long as the person is going through their stress.  It is not uncommon for people going through stress to feel these effects when they are in a stressful situation.

Once the person is relaxed and settled, they will find that the blood and circulation will improve, it will settle down again.  It is caused by the fight and flight responses, and learning how to control these will also control the nerves that sends the signals for our responses throughout the whole body.
