The effects to the limbs

The effects to the limbs

Some people suffering anxiety, depression and other stress related illnesses might feel the nerves in their limbs; this can be distressing for them and make the person feel as if there is something seriously wrong with them medically.  They may also feel as if their knees are stiffening up and they may feel week.  They may get a tingling feeling on the surface of the skin.

Too much adrenaline can give a feeling of immobilisation of the knees.  The lower and upper limbs may feel week.  They may also feel a tingling in their feet, on their legs, arms, and hands.  These are the nerves that run through the human body.  How sever the nerves feel is only felt by the person going through the stress.  Some people have no problems, and they do not feel their nerves. That is only felt by the individual.  These feelings will only go on as long as the person is going through their stress.

Once the person is relaxed and settled, they will find that these feelings will go away.  It is caused by the fight and flight responses, and learning how to control them will also control the nerves that sends the signals for our responses throughout the whole body.
